Journal of Solid State Circuits

The Journal of Solid-State Circuits is available free to IEEE SSCS members, via IEEE Xplore. Print issues are available by a separate subscription. You can add a subscription by IEEE Add New Services.

The JSSC is mailed monthly to subscribers. For a monthly email reminder of when issues are posted in IEEE use Xplore sign-up.

For 40 years the JSSC has been the world’s premier publication in solid-state circuits. The JSSC is intended for electronic circuit, chip and system designers and other technical experts who want to keep abreast monthly of the latest research and development related to integrated circuit design. During the course of a year, the Journal brings you over 250 peer-reviewed papers covering all aspects of analog, digital, memory, RF and opto-electronic circuits with an emphasis on practical IC implementations.

Special Issues contain full-length versions of papers from major circuits conferences including ISSCC, CICC, ESSCIRC, the VLSI Circuits Symposium, A-SSCC, the Compound Semiconductor IC Symposium, and BCTM.

All the Solid-State Circuits Articles on DVD

Each year, SSCS produces a DVD set that includes the history of its publications. This SSC Digital Archive is available by subscription at the time a member joins or renews SSCS, or as a separate purchase (order JD28106). SSCS membership provides the best price advantage. The DVD pair includes the IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits from it 1966 inception, the digests of the four premier SSCS Conferences and . When produced in Feburary 2007 it will contain

Journal of Display Technology

Jointly sponsored by seven IEEE Societies, and the Optical Society of America, the Journal of Display Technology (JDT) is a new archival journal devoted to the timely dissemination of new results and discussions in all aspects of display technologies, from understanding the basic science and engineering of devices, to device design and fabrication, to system design, applications, and human-factors topics. Clearly, these topics span many disciplines, and this journal will bridge, for the first time, multidisciplinary themes. Topics Include:

Display drivers and interfaces

Manufacturing technology

The inaugural issue of the JDT came out September 2005. This quarterly publication is available in 2006. $26 for online, $28 for print, and $39 for both.

Sensors Journal

This publication issued alternating months includes all types of sensing: mechanical, thermal, optical, magnetic, radiation, microwave, chemical, biological, mass, etc., both on macro and micro levels. Also of interest are packaging, interconnection, modeling, telemetry, characterization, noise, CAD, sensor arrays (e-nose), sensor-actuators, sensor systems, and applications.

Transactions on Semiconductor Manufacturing

This quarterly publication addresses innovations of interest to the integrated circuit manufacturing professional. Topics includes process and equipment control, simulation and modeling from the factory to the detailed process level, defect control, yield analysis, production planning and scheduling, and the application of expert systems.

Transactions on VLSI Systems

This publication issued alternating months includes all major aspects of the design and implementation of VLSI/ULSI and microelectronic systems: systems specifications, design and partitioning, high performance computing and communication systems, neural networks, wafer-scale integration and multi-chip module systems and their applications.
